Alessandro De Nicola is a Partner in BonelliErede’s legal risk, compliance and investigations practice. He joined in 2024, having served as managing and senior partner in the Italian offices of an international law firm, as managing partner at an Italian law firm that formed part of a Big Four accounting firm’s network, and as a member of multiple supervisory bodies. He is an adjunct professor of comparative business and European law at Bocconi University in Milan, a member of the Italian Bar, and holds multiple legal and business qualifications from Cambridge University and the Cattolica University of Milan.
