Eleanor Fraser-Smith, Victory Hill Capital Partners

As Head of Sustainability at Victory Hill Capital Partners, Eleanor Fraser-Smith is responsible for developing and implementing the firm’s sustainability strategy as well as environmental, social and governance reporting and engagement. Prior to Victory Hill, she led on corporate responsibility and sustainability at British aerospace and defence firm Cobham, where she was responsible for developing corporate policy and strategy on issues such as carbon reduction, environmental impact management, anti-slavery, diversity & inclusion, and gender pay gap reduction. Fraser-Smith holds an MSc in Sustainable Development (Environmental Management) jointly awarded by Imperial College London and SOAS University of London (UK) and holds a BSc in Biological Sciences (Genetics) from the University of Edinburgh.
