Fred Lee, Senior Counsel at Farrer & Co, advises landlords, tenants and developers on their commercial property issues. He has long-standing relationships with clients including institutions, charities, family offices and property funds, advising them on a range of commercial property work, focusing principally on investment transactions and asset management, landlord and tenant matters and corporate occupancy. Monopoly Christiaan-Rakus, Associate, has experience advising on a broad range of commercial property matters. Her clients include charities, property funds and high-net-worth individuals as well as developers and investors in the UK property market. Before joining Farrer & Co in 2020, she trained at a global US firm where she acted for a variety of investors, developers and lenders for property transactions across the UK and Europe.
