Nathan Cogswell, World Resources Institute

Nathan Cogswell is a Research Associate with the International Climate Action Initiative where is a core member of WRI’s work on the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change process and other international climate policy initiatives. In particular, Nathan's research, engagement, and work is focused on supporting the UNFCCC negotiations and implementation of the Paris Agreement’s rule-based regime, with attention to issues related to transparency, accountability, and capacity building. Prior to joining WRI’s International Climate team, Nathan focused on advancing US-domestic climate resilience and preparedness as part of WRI’s US Climate Impacts project.
