Ramnath Iyer, IEEFA

Ramnath Iyer is Sustainable Finance Lead of Asia at the Institute for Energy Economics and Financial Analysis (IEEFA). He has over 30 years of experience in investments and finance, having worked with international banks and fund management firms in Singapore, Hong Kong, Mumbai, and London. Iyer has hands-on experience conducting research, examining corporate strategy, and integrating ESG/sustainability into the investment and portfolio construction process in Asia and emerging markets. He most recently headed the ESG integration practice in Asia for a consulting firm, advising clients on the effective implementation of sustainability and ESG principles. Iyer holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata, and is a Certificate holder in ESG Investing from CFA UK.
