Sebastian Peck is a Founding Partner at Kompas VC, an early-stage venture capital firm which specialises in funding breakthrough innovations in the manufacturing industry and the built environment. Peck started his career at the Boston Consulting Group and later joined the TMT advisory team of UBS Investment Bank, providing corporate finance services for telecoms, media and technology clients. Since 2010, he has been involved in early-stage technology businesses as an operator and investor, including as co-founder of Digital Science, a leading UK-based provider of scientific software. Following his exit, Peck was appointed managing director of InMotion Ventures, Jaguar Land Rover’s venture capital arm, which he led for five years before launching Kompas VC.
