Tom Willman

Tom Willman is Regulatory Lead at Clarity AI. His particular focus within the product research and innovation team is on Clarity AI's suite of regulatory products. As part of this role, he monitors and identifies opportunities for Clarity AI globally to support clients with relevant regulatory solutions. Prior to joining Clarity AI, Willman worked in financial regulation at the UK's Financial Conduct Authority and most recently at the International Organisation of Securities Commissions (IOSCO). While at IOSCO, he focused on emerging regulatory issues, helping to set global standards for securities market regulation for IOSCO's membership of more than 100 capital market regulators globally. Willman holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Science from Trinity College Dublin and a Masters degree from the University of London (Birkbeck) in Financial Economics.
